Heroes 2x01: Four Months Later
I went LJ icon hunting yesterday and picked up a few that were more "scifi/fantasy" related. I'd still like one that is somewhat of a general scifi icon, though I'm not sure exactly what I want it to look like. Guess I'll know it when I see it.
Oops, gotta get back to work.
- I actually laughed out loud when Kensei took off his mask and revealed his very non-Japanese face to Hiro. Poor Hiro. Talk about having your icons fall... I'm assuming that Hiro will teach Kensei to be a proper hero. I still half-think Hiro will become Kensei.
- Nice interaction between Ando and Mr. Nakamura. And, alas, no more Mr. Nakamura. I'm gonna miss George Takei.
- An alchemist! Very nifty. And useful, I'm sure, to the shadowy Company folks.
- I adored that final moment between Mr. Bennet and the snippy associate manager who was definitely not good boss material.
- A "good" conspiracy between Noah (I still think that name is going to be prophetic in some way) Bennet, Mohinder, and Parkman. That should be intriguing as the season progresses.
- Nathan so needs to shave, though that quick flash in the mirror with his burned face...hmmm... Though I was very thrilled to see him toss Mommy-Dearest out the door. Good riddance!
- Peter!!! Yay! Yes, Peter is my favorite. No memory? And the previews...a box? with his memory? Hmm....
